No, and nobody honestly can. Outcomes depend on the failure type and what has happened since. You will get a realistic assessment before any work starts, not an optimistic one.

What if the drive has failed mechanically?

Physically failed drives need a cleanroom, which is specialist work. I will identify that during assessment and refer you rather than attempt something that could destroy your remaining chances.
